Thank you soooo much to Assila (and her 2 sibs), Amzar, Fatin and Temoh for a wonderful track-back from all the stress! (being the O&G exam as the stressor).
On the night of the most unforgettable OSCE exam in...well, exam history, we all concluded that we should release all em neck stiffness and muscle rigidity to a few hours of K-therapy (K, ultimately stands for Karaoke!!).
It was all very last-minute but loads of fun.. resulting to a 50% reduction of stress nonetheless. I thank you all for the wonderful night, K-therapy til the wee hours of the morning. Even though that stupid Chinese girl at the reception desk pulled a face that made me wanna punch her in the face and kick her ass back to wherever she belonged to...I thought for a second.."hey wait. maybe she's sad coz she had to work overtime during CNY". Like Assila said as she quoted some Malay actor, "Malaysians are only good at a few things; eating, dancing and singing". So, whenever they get holidays or whatever all the Karaoke joints are packed and fully booked.
As usual...the couch provided by the KTV is not meant to be seated...it's meant to be a stage *wink* hehe. We sang and danced all through the night!
50% stress-free
The day after Thursday (which in fact means Friday, duh~), we woke up early and headed for Sunway! Picked Assila and her 2 sibs up at the LRT station at Bandar Tun Razak and headed to Pyramid. Had breakfast at Jusco (had a difficult time chewing and eating thanks to the wisdom teeth up and down on my right bursting my gums.) and went for the Lagoon!
Had loads of fun there!! It was so much fun! We went on all the rides (most of them. sorry fatin coz i couldn't afford to ride that malayan bungee thingy. too expensive. maybe next time?). Who said we couldn't defy gravity? With the proper machinery and safety mechanisms to upholster our bodies above grounds...gravity is ZERO. Wet and Dry park was interestingly different from what I remember. It's been ages since I last stepped foot in the Lagoon. The mine train was closed, I think it was due to that accident years ago where a passenger fell off the ride...and rumour had it that he/she got eaten/bitten by that tiger below the ride (yumm). I remember going there after the incident and the ride was never opened til then.
Both parks were great fun! We screamed, we wailed, we laughed, we shouted. Even if the ride wasn't at all scary, we still screamed just for the helluvit! It felt good to scream your lungs out, coz that's what psychiatrists recommends us crazy people to do when overly stressed...shout! And whatever that's bothering you, will definitely go away, along with the sound that you project and as hard as you release it.
HELLO Fatin, HELLO! Pictures please! hahahaha
Went to Flaming Steamboat right after. Was joined by Moh a few minutes later (after finally being able to get a ferrari ride to sunway from cheras. yippie!) Assila's sibs were like, "huh? rm20 for all you can eat?? biar betul??"
BEEETULL!
90% stress-free
Our whole-day adventure ended after 8pm. I arrived home in Subang a bit after 10pm. Reached home, heard Mommy call out from upstairs asking "who is it?". I called out saying that it was me, then Mommy replied.."BULAT!".
So I ran up the stairs and hugged Mommy. Then she asked...
"how was the exam?"
I answered.......with a cry. And Mommy pulled me in for another hug. I felt a lot better then. She told me to go see Toks at their bedroom and I hugged them... I also cried. It was impossible to stop a volcano from erupting, and once it erupts...you have to wait a while before the lava cools and starts making the soil subur (i have no idea what subur is in english).
Good to be back home, 100% stress-free =)
.when you're in need, family and friends are there indeed.l e n a.
