Here's a quick entry before I go for my dance practice.

Crap!

I had to do CVS physical examination (PE) in front of Dr. Asri just now. I forgot everything! My dumb brain went blank and numb. I couldn't remember what my next step was, I couldn't hear the heart murmurs, I couldn't appreciate the nature of the murmurs, I didn't know how to check the JVP (measure, characteristic, to prove it's JVP), I forgot to do the collapsing pulse + check the carotid pulse + MS, AR, TS and AS maneuvers + bibasal crepitations!!

How am I to become a Cardiologist if I can't even do these basic stuff correctly? It's not like I don't know my basics, it's just that I forgot! I got so nervous I guess. I wonder what's gonna happen during my short case exam? I bet that's even more NERVE-WRECKING~
