which is which?

Dear Blog,

I just realized something.

I can fall in like with someone very, VERY quickly.

You can just be: (not in chronological order)

• A cute guy walking by
• A really, really funny friend
• The nicest person on earth
• The mysterious rebel type
• Athletic
• Talented (musically and/or generally talented)

and already, I'd be excited to get to know you.

I can also fall out of like as fast as how it develops.
But, that doesn't mean those feelings can't recur.

However, I think this is just my mind playing tricks on me.

So, how does one differentiate between the heart and mind?

• It's when your heart races so ever rapidly at the very sight of him
• When you make eye contact, you feel an electric current going through you and you can't think of anything else to do but to look away
• Just hearing his name brings a frown upwards instantly
• He's on your mind 24-18/7 (can't afford to think about him all day long. matilaa kat ward nanti lol)
• You're too shy to approach him and to create casual conversations

And more...

This however depends on what type of person you are. If you're shy like me...well, welcome to the club. There are those that can relate to others easily, more socially active and probably likeable too. So, in those cases our symptoms may differ. Nonetheless, the fact of the matter is you still have to know if it's your mind telling you that you like the guy...or your heart.
