Why does it keep on coming?

Dear Blog,

God has really tested my patience this week.

Let's see how the week began.

1. I forgot the due date to pass up the 4KL postmortem hardcopy.
2. I had a call from my big sis Jenna at 2am in the morning of Tuesday saying Daddy got admitted to a hospital and that he almost had a stroke.
3. I lost my stupid matrix card. Dropped it on the way to the Chow Kit monorail, to go home.

It's almost at the end of the week, so how is everything?

1. I emailed the softcopy as soon as possible and there will be a mini meeting tonight at 9am (with lack of enthusiasm, saying "yay"). I'll be submitting that hardcopy tonight.
2. Daddy was diagnosed as having a mild heart attack that morning. He did his angiogram yesterday and the doc said minor vessels were narrowed. He doesn't need angioplasty or bypass. Alhamdulillah =)
3. God sent an angel in the form of an FSKB student who found my matrix card and gave it to my colleague, Aina. I got it back! WahooOOo!

All in all, I hope I passed this test with patience. I was on the verge of breaking down this whole week. Especially the dad-going-to-the-hospital incident. I cried till 3am and fell asleep afterwards. I've been going back home to visit my dad in the hospital and coming back the next morning for class since I got the news. I finally feel the youth seeping out of me, now.

To top it off, finals is around the corner. And I still haven't finished GIT module. Planned on finishing it by the end of this week, InsyaAllah. Wish me luck!
