Dear Blog,
Why do people come and go? Why can't they go and..come...or just, come and don't go?
In just 2 weeks, I have cried at the airport twice...a liter of tears each.
The first liter, sending off my dear twin sis, Leanna off to Wales.
The second liter, saying farewell to our dear Big Bro, Anwar...not knowing when we'll be seeing him again.
It's painful to bid farewell to your loved ones. It's painful to see them going off, not knowing what might happen while we're all far apart.
It's hard to see others cry and not cry yourself. It's hard to smile and be strong when all you wanna do is cry and be weak.
I wish you guys needn't leave so soon, coz both Jenna and I are busy with our finals now. If only we had the chance to do those things we planned:
Play pool
Karaoke
Eat at that yoghurt place
etc.
Being together with F.A.R.I.S.58 this year was great! It made me feel on top of the world. Never in my life had I ever felt so complete. Spending Ramadhan, Raya and post-Raya together. Don't get me wrong, we're not the Brady Bunch, so don't expect us to be all civilized, prim and proper, and nicey-nicey.
The 5 of us do fight, like all normal siblings do. But, that's what brings us together. Getting to know each other, our personalities, our "tempers" (hehe) and the lot. There will always be misunderstandings, miscommunications and mis-everything. Some of us aren't punctual, some of us are. But we learn to tolerate with one another. Wouldn't life be boring if everything happened according to plan? It's the unexpectancies that make life interesting. Everyone has their good habits and bad habits. We just gotta learn to deal with that. We are siblings. So, on behalf of the F.A.R.I.S.58 crew, I'd like to say sorry if any feelings got hurt whenever we hang.
I had so much fun, and hope you guys had fun too! I'm glad we had our bonding moments together =) I love you guys so much! And hope Big Bro doesn't decide to fall off the face of the earth anytime soon. To the drummer in Wales, don't EVER forget me! We share EVERYTHING together, so share some stories from there as well..ok? Miss you both already!
